How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per person. (This includes all people over 18, even if they aren't going on the lease.).
Do you do a credit and background check?

Where can I get an application?

How should the application be filled out?
Each adult, in the household, needs to fill out their own application and email back.
What documents do you require, along with the application?
Initially we require:
color photo ID
3 bank statements for all checking, saving, and retirement/investing accounts
w2 from previous year
3 most recent check stubs
employer offer letter if worked there less than a year
Please note: sometimes we require additional documents in order to complete the application process.
Please also note: We do send your current and previous landlords and employers verification forms. So make sure you include their phone numbers and emails on the application.
Once I've completed my application, what do I do?
You can email the application and all corresponding documents back to Info@Welcome2YourNewHome.com. PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT pay the application fee until after we've confirmed we've received your application and we're going to move forward with your application. While we may receive multiple applications at the same time, we never ask for more than one application fee at a time. We go through the approval process with one party. They're either approved or not approved. Then we will contact the next applicant in the que.
How can I pay my application and any other fees?
You can pay rent and any other fees by Zelle to Info@Welcome2YourNewHome.com. When setting up the account note the name as Welcome2YourNewHome. If your banking Zelle platform asks for a first and last name, just enter Welcome in the First Name spot and YourNewHome in the Last Name spot.
How long does the application process take?
Normally 24-48 hours. It mostly depends on your current landlord and employer and how fast they respond.
What is the easiest and fastest way to get in touch when I have a question or concern?
If it's not time sensitive or an emergency, please email Info@Welcome2YourNewHome.com and someone will get back to you within a few hours or less.

What if I need to break my lease early?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to start showings, when you're ready, so that we can find a renter asap. Once a renter is found and moves in, you will no longer be responsible and your lease will be considered completed.
When I move out how will I get my deposit back?
After you provide your new mailing address, you'll receive any deposit due back in the mail, by company check.
